Mike Leigh Turner Film: Extras

SHEFFIELD ARTISTS AND ART STUDENTS NEEDED TO PLAY ROYAL ACADAMICIANS & R.A. STAFF, 1832 IN MIKE LEIGH’S FILM ABOUT J.M.W. TURNER, PLAYED BY TIMOTHY SPALL.  


Mike Leigh will be coming to Sheffield to shoot important Royal Academy scenes for his latest film about the life of J.M.W. Turner. Filming will be during the week 10 – 14 June at a location close to Sheffield. 
 
This is paid film extra work open to all men 16 years +
 
(We also have a very small number of parts for women 16 years + with long natural coloured hair). No previous filming experience necessary. 
 
Being a male Artist, great period looks, longish hair and good availability are an advantage.Nobody over 6’ 2’’ tall please. 
 
If interested, please come to our casting this Thursday (16 May) between 5 – 8 pm at Site Gallery, 1 Brown Street, Sheffield.
