In 2013 the Arts Council brings the North West, North East and Yorkshire together. Taking Our Bearings North is an event to discuss developing Live Art in the North for curators, programmers, academics and artists.
 
Hosted in one of East Street Arts' temporary spaces, the event looks at our relationships across the regions, at how we might work together and addresses any issues that are arising.
